Log In and Password Guidelines Passwords and login IDs must contain at least seven characters, and they must include one alphabetic character (upper or lowercase) and at least one numeric character.  Passwords may contain special characters i.e. !, #, @, _  All passwords expire after 90 days by default.  To create a more secure password, increase the length of the password and use characters.  You can change your login, email address, name, or password at anytime by accessing the My Account screen.  The My Account link is next to the Sign Out link.
